The Anemo-Broker, in his haste to harness the full power of wind energies, unleashed an Aeoloth named Whirlwind Sentinel. The beast, imbued with immense destructive potential, broke free from its containment, causing havoc throughout the city. Since then, the Whirlwind Sentinel has roamed the Spire, a constant reminder of the unpredictable might of wind-based energies.
